Purple Flower Tea

A cup that changes colour before your eyes.
Dried butterfly pea flowers turn this cup a deep, almost inky violet, with a flavour that's mild and a little earthy on its own, made with no preservatives. Add a few drops of lemon or lime just before drinking and watch the colour shift toward pink, which is the reason most people buy this one a second time.
Brewing: Put 2 teaspoons in a cup or tea maker and pour 250ml of freshly boiled water over it. Brew for 2 to 3 minutes for a mild flavour, or 4 to 5 minutes for a stronger infusion, then strain and serve, adding lemon or lime at the table, not while it's steeping, for the clearest colour change. The same blend can be reused 2 to 3 times by adding more hot boiled water.
Storage: Keep the pouch sealed, cool, and out of direct light. Best used within 9 to 12 months of packing.
